On Valentine's Day,multiple choir groups will be visiting area businesses & schools to deliver singing telegrams to lucky valentines.

Mound Valley's junior high, Kindness and Compassion Club makes efforts to raise awareness to show support to our troops and community. The month of February the 22 KC Club members will select 22 volunteers for 22 days to do 22 push-ups each morning in the gym. Student Ambassadors were selected this past week at Edna Grade School. These students will serve as an ambassador for one 9 week session. They had to complete an application and go through the interview process to be selected. The Ambassadors are: 3rd Grade: Lily Wiley and Braden Wary, 4th Grade: Layton Vail and Baylee Webb, and 5th Grade: Rachael Ehmke and Macy Clevenger.
