More Covid-19 Protocol Updates

Over the past three weeks, the Covid-19 protocols from the Kansas Department of Health and Environment as well as the Labette County Health Department have changed drastically. A majority of these changes can be reviewed HERE . However, we have been alerted to one more change we want to make the USD 506 community aware of.  If someone that is living in your home tests positive for Covid, the close contact quarantine period is 15 days. However: -If you are vaccinated , you may come to school, but you must be masked . . .

Updated Covid Protocols

Over the past week the Labette County Health Department and the Kansas State Department of Health updated  Covid-19 protocols based on new CDC recommendations. USD 506 officials have been in close contact with the Labette County Health Department to make sure that our Covid-19 guidelines are up-to-date to help keep students and staff safe. The following updates have been made: 1. If you are unvaccinated and have tested positive for Covid-19, you are considered to have 90 days of immunity following a positive test. . . .
